  2. The operator of the Website and provider of services supplied by electronic means is 4P Research Mix Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".

  4. These Terms of Use are made available free of charge on the Website in a manner that allows users to access, reproduce and save their content.

2. Types and scope of services

  1. Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services by electronic means:
    • making available informational content about the Service Provider, its offer, reports and activities;
    • making available a contact form;
    • enabling users to send enquiries regarding cooperation, the offer, reports or other services of the Service Provider;
    • enabling users to download materials publicly available on the Website, in particular PDF files.

  2. The agreement for the contact form service is concluded when the user starts using the form and is terminated when the message is sent or when the user decides not to send it.
  3. The Service Provider may respond to an enquiry sent via the contact form using the contact details provided by the user.

6. Complaints

  3. This English version is an auxiliary translation of the Polish version. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
